Modern Wellness Counseling Approach to Therapy for Anxiety
Our counselors use a variety of therapy interventions to help match your needs. This will be determined after your first session. Regardless of the therapy intervention, your counselor finds to fit best, you will learn how to identify triggers, learn effective coping strategies, learn how to implement different coping strategies, and learn how to maintain the changes you are experiencing. Some of our common therapy interventions used are Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Client-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Our counselors are collaborative in nature with clients, meaning that we expect our clients to share with us what is working and what is not working outside of our counseling sessions. This type of feedback will ensure that you are closer to reaching your therapeutic goals.
