Your card will be charged a $40 deposit fee after your clinician has approved your session. This deposit will go towards your intake session fee, which the remaining balance will be paid at the end of your first session.
If you need to cancel your session and this is done with more than 24 hours in advance, we will gladly refund you the $40. If you are rescheduling your session with more than 24 hour notice, then this deposit will go towards your rescheduled session. If we do not hear from you at the time of your initial session or in the case that you forget about your session, then this $40 will not be refunded.
